Spend Money To Make Money
That’s right. You can spend money to make money as a ‘Prosumer‘. It’s a play on two words combined into one idea.
When you are producing income while being a consumer, you become a prosumer.
We are taught how to shop for household goods from childhood, but in June 1995 I learned how to invest in household goods. It’s an ultimate solution to earning money outside of having a 9 to 5 job. And you don’t have to quit your job to do it. You just have to do two things:
- Be willing to change where you buy stuff, and
- Be willing to share the good news with those who are interested.
Note, this is not selling, but sharing – BIG difference and it’s key to how to succeed in business without trying. Most people get so excited about the income they can make that they start selling it to people. Bad idea and it’s why most fail at this, but for those who can share it and leave it there, they will find a few people here and there who are willing to pay the price of changing where they shop and share that will others in order to earn a really nice monthly bonus.
The really nice part about this radical, yet simple concept is, you don’t have to do anything you’re not already doing. You already shop, and you already share the good deals with others. Now you can get paid for it. The key is to TELL it, not SELL it.
You can literally learn how to save more money on your average household expenses by “investing” them instead of “spending” that money.

I think it will create a new thought process for you in how you view the dollars that you spend everyday at your local retail stores.
As I have learned how to produce an income while being a consumer, it has conditioned my mind into accepting new ideas that are outside of the box.
For example, I was able to save $8,100 on dental care because of this thought process. I did not produce income, I only spent it, but the point is, I was able to think outside the box because of some of the thought process being a prosumer has taught me.
I have chronicled our amazing trip to Costa Rica in stories and photos at a blog I created about Costa Rica dental implants and general dentistry.
This is not your NORMAL way to spend money, but it was very nice in two ways.
First, I saved over $8,100 and second, my wife and I got a nice tropical vacation in the process.
The idea is nicely summed up in one of my favorite quotes, i.e. “All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.” — Galileo
